What we collect

B2BOptix accesses your store’s order history (order date, SKU, quantity, and the billing company name and state/region), your product catalog (SKU, product name, image, and stock level), and the numeric platform customer ID mapped to its company — used only so each signed-in buyer sees recommendations scoped to their own purchasing history. We do not collect or store personal customer information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, shipping addresses, passwords, or payment details.

How we use it

Order history data is used exclusively to:

Compute per-SKU reorder cycles and demand forecasts
Score items by purchase urgency using Claude AI
Surface reorder recommendations, scoped per buyer, in your storefront cart

The AI step receives only product names and company-level ordering-cadence statistics — never personal contact information — and Anthropic does not train models on this data. We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose outside of providing the B2BOptix service.

Buyer privacy on your storefront

Signed-in buyers are identified by a platform-signed token verified on our servers, and each buyer sees recommendations derived exclusively from their own order history. Visitors who are not signed in see only anonymized popularity information — never any buyer’s items, quantities, or timing.

Data storage

Processed order history and AI recommendations are stored in Google Cloud within the us-central1 region, isolated per store and encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256).

Data retention & deletion

Uninstalling B2BOptix triggers immediate, automatic deletion of the access token, the storefront script, and all stored order and analysis data for your store.

Your rights

You may request a copy or deletion of your store’s data at any time by contacting us. We will respond within 30 days.
